Processing Times (Made‑to‑Order Production)
All KC Flag Co. products are made to order. This ensures the highest quality and craftsmanship for every flag we ship.
- Production time: 7–10 business days before your order ships
- Production begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Times
Shipping time is in addition to the 7–10 days production window.
Typical delivery estimates after shipment:
- Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 3–7 business days
- Expedited options: May be available at checkout
- International shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
Carrier delays, weather events, or peak‑season volume may extend delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight and size
- Selected shipping method
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- A link to track your package

Shipping Delays
If we fail to ship your order within 30 days, you may request a refund in accordance with our Warranty & Return Policy.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
KC Flag Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been accepted by the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as they are responsible for the package once it is in their possession.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KC Flag Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
